Purchase terms

These terms cover the purchase of a domain name and its accompanying logo ("the brand") from Brandcord. By completing checkout you agree to them.

What you are buying

Each listing includes the registration rights to the listed domain name and the logo artwork shown on the listing, delivered as vector source files and image exports. On full payment, we transfer the domain to you and assign to you our copyright in the logo artwork.

Delivery

We contact you at your checkout email within 1 business day of payment. We will either push the domain to your account at the same registrar or provide an authorization code to transfer it to your registrar. Inter-registrar transfers typically take 5 to 7 days and depend on you approving the transfer at your registrar. Logo files are delivered by download link.

Refunds

If we are unable to transfer the domain to you, we will refund your payment in full. Once the domain has been transferred to your control, the sale is final.

Trademarks

A domain name and logo are not a registered trademark. You are responsible for checking that your intended use of the brand is available in your market and industry before you rely on it.
